Our sincere gratitude goes to the staff, families and friends who have raised an amazing amount of £350.71 from their musical concert on 22 July 2017. The money will be used to offer the precious ‘Me Time’ to carers to reduce their stress and enjoy life whilst caring.
Sand Martins Golf Club Charity Day
Sand Martins Golf Club has chosen Crossroads Care Wokingham as its Captains Charity this year. One of the highlights was the Charity day held on 8 July with golf competitions in the day and an auction in the evening. A huge thank you to both the Lady Captain and the Men’s Captain as well as all the club members who not only worked behind the scene tirelessly but also bid for the auction items generously. The money raised will be used to provide the precious Me Time to the unpaid carers, enabling them to enjoy life whilst caring.
Our heartfelt thanks go to Wokingham Lions Club for their generous donation of £1,000 received by Catherina Tam, CEO of Crossroads Care Wokingham, on 22 March 2017. The donation will be used to offer carers some extra ‘Me Time’ to enjoy life alongside their caring responsibilities.
